Simone Claxton Destination Management & Consultancy (S.C.D.M&C.) is a multidivisional business providing Travel/Tour Services, Event Management Services, Business Management Training and Services, as well as, Tourism & Hospitality Consultancy.

Owned and managed by Simone Claxton who holds a MSc. International Hospitality and Tourism Management and also a BSc. (Hons.) International Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University in England.   She also possess ABTAC (Association of British Travel Agency) certification and over five (5) years’ experience working as a Travel Agent Consultant within the UK. She is also a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Tour Guide Association (TTTGA).

As a result of her diverse travels, the business owner not only possesses a passion for travel but equally an appreciation for diverse cultures.

The basic principle of quality customer service is what the business is built on.  As a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Tour Guide Association, our company utilizes Certified Tour Guides from within the association.   Our priority is to deliver a product that exceeds your expectation. 

 

• The Travel and Tourism Division prides itself in offering Tours that encapsulates culture, history, health, nature and adventure within our twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean and worldwide.  In addition we offer Hospitality and Tourism Consultancy services for small businesses looking to improve the overall quality of their product, their customer service and their production output.

 

• The Events Management Division prides itself in promoting events that foster positive family values within a safe and professional environment, whilst offering the highest standard of customer service.  Our goal is to take the hassle out of planning your special occasion whilst creating unforgettable memories.

• The Business Management Services Division provides Business Management Training and services with a difference.  Training ranges from workshops on How to Start Your Own Business, Business Planning and Business Plans, Entrepreneurship for Women etc. to personal one on one sessions on Developing your Business Plan.

• Event planning services and items for all events however it specializes in - developmental events/workshops, adult social events eg cocktail parties, wine and cheese parties, tea parties, spa parties, and bridal showers, baby showers etc.

• Business Management Training and Services – workshops on Business planning, Starting your own business, one on one sessions on Developing your business plans, and office services.
